I think it would be fun to use Xen to triple-boot Linux, MacOS and
Windows on the same box.  It's my understanding that Xen 3.0 supports
running an unmodified Windows.  I don't know whether Xen can simulate
the Mac boot ROM yet.

Screen access would be through VNC or RDP, so it wouldn't perform
quite like the native hardware.  (I also don't know whether MacOS can
use VNC.)
