Take a look at the DragLockButtons option in the mouse(4x) man page.
Knew I could prob'ly do this in linux; was hoping I could do it in 'doze.
Meantime, I found an ole serial wacom hooked to the original miggy (I'd
almost forgotten what the world was like before hot-swap). And even
more miraculous, I still had the drivers cd for it (unopened, as they
were useless on the miggy).
