Amarok's a nice player. Yes, it's bloated, but if you run KDE, say, the
whole system's bloated so it doesn't much matter.

BMP is Bloated Media Player. More of a jukebox player. I don't
have to tell XMMS where my music is. I don't want it to index my
files. I just want it to play my music and use some of my
favorite plugins like joystick control, alarm, and shutdown.
I just can't play FLAC for some reason though I have everything
installed (FLAC related but not XMMS-FLAC related). Mplayer
plays them but it just ain't the same.
