I keep the 'puter on my desktop so it's easier to get into it. But I've glued a USB hub to the side of the case was double-backed adhesive tape and affixed labels for each jack in the hub. I've also got all of the USB cables bundled with string ties and the cables are labeled. That makes it pretty easy to disconnect cables as needed and reconnect them. It's an iteration of the old housekeeping maxim, "a place for everything and everything in it's place." Not as elegant as a software solution, but on the other hand, no time lost coming up with a software solution. Best regards, Marbux
