Yet another reason I am glad that their service isn't available to me. They 
obviously need to rethink their what their "true" capacity is rather than 
selling bandwidth hours they don't have.? AOL had the same problem, it caused 
even lesser ISPs to get bigger (Earthlink, PeoplePC, NetZero (back when it was 
free)). Hopefully the idiocy of the current high-speed providers will motivate 
people to liberate themselves.
