Comcast and TimeWarner Cable (which in a timely coincidence is being spun off from Time Warner) are preparing their systems to push their own (coming soon) streaming and on-demand programming. More bandwidth and better latency for their own company and partner offerings and less so for the products of others.

What happened to "net neutrality"?

Whatever happened to enforcement of the Interstate Commerce, Sherman and Clayton Antitrust Acts?
