It would probably help to develop some guidance that folks could study
before arriving at a camp. There's a huge potential there for holy
wars over favored apps. :-)

Welcome. If you're ever looking for something to kill some time with,
I recommend an implementation of Dabble DB, the Office 2.0 Database.
The "raw" Dabble DB output is here.
<http://itredux.com/office-20/database/>, while the reformatted/mashed
up with WordPress, etc. version is here. <http://o20db.com/>.

It's a database of Web 2.0 SaaS apps for the office. Cruising what's
available at the bleeding edge of Office 2.0 is guaranteed to consume
as much time as you want to give it. :-) Some are free, some are
FOSS-based, some are subscription-based. Watching the experimentation
with business models is almost as much fun as playing with the apps.

Best regards,

Paul
