Perhaps a tad bit overkill...but producing for DVD Video, not
necessarily TO a DVD, would allow for multiple, selectable audio and/or
subtitles.
Subtitles *I think* are preferred over anything else, except a
sub-picture with hand signing, for hearing impaired. That is, unless
TV style video is assumed then it's text captioning..
