I have 2 lists on OPN  http://lists.opn.org/mailman/listinfo -- that still 
works.
But the EFN/EPUD people I talked to were not able to answer my question whom to 
contact if there is an issue.
It sounded like OPN is 'dissolved' --but let's not start any rumor as that's 
all 
I heard. Really.
Fill me in on what you learn, and I will do as well.
