Hi John,

I was thinking of the Conference Programme like you mentioned as well as the A4
(for print) poster to be distributed prior to the talk.
I am based in University of Oxford, so I could see the value of printing and
circulating posters around the various department (computing, engineering,
physics, etc).
It would be beneficial for others who have access to other universities around
Europe.

I would gladly step up to the plate. I could start by working on the poster
first and I think I can recycle a lot of the design for the conference
programme.

How many people are we expecting this year? I think for a few hundred copies,
we can start printing a week before. Off course express printing might cost us
more.
The cost of printing could help be ofsetted by allowing sponsors to put
marketing materials in the programme. How's the sponsorship deal run the
previous years?
Thanks,
Yusdi
