Thanks for the reply. That was a very old message that got trapped in the
moderation system due to the large attachment size.
Anyway while we are at the topic, I have a question to ask:
What is the plan for the program? Is it going to be a booklet? What are the
contents and kind of design is needed?
My idea is to have presentation folder (like this:

and the rest of the content can be printed normally (laser/inkjet printer) and
attached inside the folder. Benefits:
- Reasonable price, less than £1 each

compared to custom print everything
- Content can be put together last minute, no rush binding/stapling etc. Good
for last minute abstracts etc.
- Can easily put sponsor materials. They normally would have brochures (or even
pens) that can be inserted easily even very close to the date.
- We have enough color print surface for sponsors, so have additional
opportunity for sponsorship money if necessary
