I am drafting the program booklet that will given for every attendee. I need
helps from local people with good knowledge of Birmingham & the conference
venues. Could someone provide me with the following info:
1. Interior map of the conference venue showing the location of the rooms.
2. (Alex) For the places of interest, should I use those marked on the map in
http://www.europython.eu/about/travel/ ? Are the any more additions to these?
3. (John) Welcome message (short, 2-3 paragraphs) from the organizer. I think
this would be a nice welcoming touch.
4. (John) Could I have the feedback form please?
5. Where do I get the list of attendee? Shall I display email & website
information as well?
6. Does anyone organize the list of sponsors? I would need to know what to put,
where, how prominent, etc. Are there any placed advertisements?
I reckon information about reaching the conference venue will not be as
relevant, assuming that the booklet will be given out during the conference. Am
I right to assume this?
