I booked him in February, have asked to confirm now we have the schedule.

I suggest wireless lapel and wireless handheld where needed.

Also, I think we should look at not using Jim in the Lecture Rooms
where voice amplification is not needed, just recording. Maybe we
could try getting a wireless mic setup from Maplins?
