This one. This should give us un more day for conference ( mixed with
trainnings ).
In any case sprints should remain separated and just after the conference (
2 days ).

I didn't consider the the rookie point of view. I think you got the right
perspective on this. Maybe we can place some real newbies trainings on days
1&2 running at the same time of some advanced talks that *shouldn't* be on
their talks to follow list.

You mean that some sprints sessions were organized on place spontaneously by
attendees during the conference and before their scheduled days?

Yes. It's one of the pros... One if the main targets of Europython are
students and people coming with their own money. Hotels costs can make a big
difference.
