I remember we did talk about that last year at some point but.... we were a
little overloarded ( or am I confused with the year before Giovanni? ). I
think that this year we can set this in a proper way.

We should make a call for volunteers and check how many first time speakers
we can cover ( trying to avoid having the organizers working on this and
preparing the venue ).
