Is there a plan to publish the actual workgroup members? I think this would encourage potential candidates to join. Furthermore, a description what concrete tasks within a group are already (kind of) taken care of and what tasks still need people to fill in might be helpful. Just seeing 11 groups listed on this page does not look too inviting to me. Some more detail and names of people that one might know maybe useful. The call of talks is tentatively scheduled for February 7, 2015. `datetime` tells me that this is less than 54 days from now. I think this calls for functional workgroups right now.
