Hi Kristian, Assuming that other people did the same and are in the waiting loop too, it feels like an unnecessary (potential) loss of resources.
Why not set up something like a Wiki or an Etherpad (there should be free hosting around) and let people kind of self-organize this first phase of collecting names and expressing interest? This would potentially lead to discussions and more people would get aware of this topic in the first place. I think some decentralized approach is needed here. My advice is: Avoid bottlenecks wherever possible, have multiple people in charge with one topic if possible, and give the groups as much autonomy as possible, including forming groups. The time line is **very** tight. Therefore, do the simplest thing that does the trick. Postponing certainly does not help. A basic but working solution now is better than a perfect solution in a years time.
