I have been looking for a 120VDC to 120VAC ~2kW inverter to add to my truck without much luck. I would have thought that it would be cheaper to build one that uses 120 VDC than one that uses 12 VDC though the market is smaller so no production volume discount. Has anyone found a good inverter for EV applications?
