I went over to our local wiring guru, and he helped me a lot. He is going to queue up to make the 1 ft SB-175 to SB-50 adaptor (he has a high watt soldering iron to put the pins on).
We found the most positive and most negative battery posts. I am going to measure the length needed to run a pair of cables from those front posts to the rear of my Blazer EV. I found a place to route the cable up to the top of my Rear battery box. I was planing to use 6 gauge cable but a previous PFC-50 POST mentioned 6 gauge is not able to handle a 75 amp current? I read 6 gauge cable can handle 95 amps. I removed the blue SB-175 housing on the PFC-50 and replaced it with a gray colored one. The blue SB-175 would not connect with a gray one and we had plenty of gray colored SB-175 housings. So I have two projects. A one ft SB-175 to SB-50 adaptor, and a long cable pair that will run from the front to the rear. I hope to have the adaptor with in a week so I can start using the PFC-50. I have to firm up what gauge cable to use for the second project. -Bruce ===== ' ____ ~/__|o\__ '@----- @'---(= . http://geocities.com/brucedp .
