I emailed them and got this response, in part:

"The most effective way to manage a battery system is manage it at
module level and coordinate with a string charger. A smart string
charger may not be effective over time. A controllable charger with
module management is most effective over the life of batteries."

I'm still too ignorant of this whole area to understand this. Can anyone
"translate" or expound on this a bit so that even a total novice like me
can comprehend it?

Also, how effective is periodical rotation of cells from the center of
the string to the extremities?

Finally, as long as each cell is monitored and the charge for each cell
carefully controlled, would it be okay to charge each cell individually?
Or is that a bad idea?

Thanks!
