The fans that are in air handlers from central AC's make good shop fans
(squirrel cage) and can be found all over . I have two in my shop one
blowing in and one out . I can weld inside with both going. I enjoy finding
places in my shop for the different things people throw out . I got a old
house kw meter and hooked it on the middle ground leg (in series with
ground wire)_. If I have both sides of the 120 loaded the same the meter
stops spinning, if ether leg is pulling more current the meter will spin one
way or the other . ----- Original Message -----
