As a EV want to be builder I am always asked how fast will it go first. This
is very disharting as to make it go fast it cost money which is the 2nd
question (what I could get a almost new gas car for that) . I drive my EV's
like a old man as I want to get the most miles on the batteries. I have
gone 18k with my work truck and trailer on a set of golf cart
batteries -----

I think that good old golf cart batteries (6v) may be better
if your not into the high performance but I have never had YT's

Plugging in a night will not use more electricity as power com have more
that
they know what to do with at night ( we could start by putting out those
street lights)

Tell me how to convey this to my wheel spinning gas burning brothers

I had regen 8 years ago and when it burned out I found that I didn't miss it
( don't use the brakes much any more as I am the master of conservative
driving :-)

You have some great points but in defense of all the hot rod EV's builders
,they are just trying to get people (USA people) interested. The boat is
going down and we can't sell a life boat unless it has Twin Johnson's (big
boat motor) .God help us!
