Your choice of course, but if you routinely discharge them so they fall below 10 to 10.5 volts at 70-100 amps, you are murdering your batteries. That explains your poor battery life. What kinds of speeds do you drive, and do you have lots of hills? I wonder if it would help to change the gearing on the Sparrow. Maybe get a lower top speed, but keep the motor in a more efficient range and reduce current. What do others think?
