Unless thay have changed the law again, none of the OEM hybrids qualify.
The Prius would get a tax *deduction* (max $2k) as an AFV. Taking the EV credit rules out taking the AFV deduction.
OBTW, the credit is only available the year the vehicle is originally put into service. The tax form states "purchased", I don't know whether or not a lease counts (in the eyes of the IRS) as a purchase.As I say, I haven't read about this is quite sometime, so my recollection may be faulty.
