"Clean-Fuel Vehicle Deduction Available for Certain Toyota and Honda Models
The IRS has certified four Honda models -- the 2000, 2001 and 2002 Insight and the 2003 Civic Hybrid -- as qualified vehicles for a tax deduction, The IRS earlier announced that the 2001, 2002 and 2003 Toyota Prius models are eligible for the same deduction (News Release IR-2002-93). The original purchasers of these hybrid gas-electric cars may deduct $2,000 for the year they first use the vehicle..."

This is a tax deduction not a tax credit, however.

Unless thay have changed the law again, none of the OEM hybrids qualify.
