Hello Jay, The products I use for motor, transmission mounts and insulation wrap is from jegs.com. My motor has the standard engine mounts, but replace the rubber inserts with the softer poly mounts. Use there transmission mounts with the same material.
Some motors will transmits the noise through to the transmission and sometimes through to the drive line to the differential, which I have. Later I replace the transmission with a automatic/manual transmission which reduce this noise to where I now can hear the transmission fluid circulating. Before I install the drive train, I had the bottom of the car sand blasted, epoxy primer paint, rubberize paint coated. There are some rubberize matting material with a glue side that you can apply as need.
