Read the threads on endless-sphere.com. The folks out there are taking 5-20AH cells for use on e-bikes, mopeds, and yes even lawn mowers.
I would look at the ping or Cellman lifepo4 packs mentioned on that site if looking to go with a production pack or maybe the headway lifepo4 cells if looking for individual cells. Use a BMS. Unless you have a lot of experience with RC LiPo pouch cells, stay away from them. The guys/gals out on that site are extremely careful with charging/discharging lithium cells and do things that someone with less experience or less attention to detail shouldn't attempt.
