Personally I rather stay in full control of my vehicle, when I had my first BMW this was the first time so much power was under my command so I enjoyed playing with it until the first light drizzle wetted the train tracks that were crossing the road where I had to make a left hand turn and promptly did a 270 deg instead of 90 deg turn.
Being able to do donuts is not a matter of raw power but more a matter of technique (or the absence of control as in my case). I have seen a bike drifting donuts on dry asphalt and yes, I mean a bicycle that was propelled by pushing the pedals by the rider. Here in MN (ManySnowTa) we can do donuts in any car, on any street, any time we want... from November to April! :-) -- The principal defect in a storage battery is its modesty. It does not spark, creak, groan, nor slow down under overload. It does not rotate. It works where it is, and will silently work up to the point of destruction without making any audible or visible signs of distress. -- Electrical Review, 1902 -- Lee A.
