I don't think we will be able to answer your questions here.  Please
use Google or Bing to find leads on these subjects.  For the Hydrogen
questions, you will need to look elsewhere as it is off topic.  If you
have very specific detailed questions about electric vehicles, you can
ask them here, but I think you would do better going through the
archives to find better leads.  While we do discuss policy and
marketing here, it is not our focus.

If anyone wishes to give details on these questions, they will contact
you directly.
