Enjoyed your dissertation, good work. I would like to see the torque curve on this guy to see how far out on the rpm range the knee goes. The flatter and broader the better for an EV with no gearbox. I note that many motor torque curves drop off rather fast after about 3000 rpm because of eddy currents and the back EMF; enough so that at very high rpm you can slow the rotation with your hand.
