Hey All,
The other day I was driving on the highway and I lost power (always a bummer.) Soliton dash check engine light stayed on. I coasted to the side of the highway and started to debug. Turned out my main circuit breaker had opened. I simply reset it and proceeded on my merry way. (Soliton light helped me know to check input pack voltage early on.) I purchased the circuit breaker from cruisin' a while back. Never had any problems with it before. Don't know too many details. I had been watching my current draw and I don't think I was exceeding 300A for too long. Mostly 200 Amp driving. I did notice the unit was warm. I've started measuring the voltage drop across the terminal and I see about 70 mV of drop at 300 Amps (21 Watts). Any ideas? Should I go ahead and replace it. I've done some more driving (no highway lately) and things have been fine. Now I'm nervous it will trip at an inopportune time. thanks, -ben www.evalbum.com/4001 -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
