[EVDL] Plug and Play EV Battery Packs For Sale

There is a limited number of surplus new OEM, DOE approved
battery packs available.  These are approximately 350V, 23kWh, 70kW peak
Lithium Polymer with contactors, fuses and BMS ready to install and if used
unmodified, possibly with warranty for $12K.  Size is 930x745x300mm and
