Using Tesla-s EVs as Taxis is being done in Las Vegas, NV. See the post I made on Apr 10, 2013

But both talk about a plan where a member would pay a monthly fee to gain access to the Tesla taxi service, other EVs, ebikes, and more. IMO I would like to also see these Tesla Taxis being in a traditional on-call use as most taxis are today. I foresee the affluent (or those wanting to live that life style for a couple days) not wanting to join some membership, and just have the casino/hotel quickly hail them a Tesla Taxi so they can ride in style. {brucedp.150m.com} - [ref http://electric-vehicle-discussion-list.413529.n4.nabble.com/EVLN-Electric-NYC-Gabby-Cabbies-Need-Level-3-tp4662668p4662670.html ] On Thu, Apr 25, 2013, at 03:12 PM, EVDL Administrator wrote: > On 25 Apr 2013 at 12:43, Steve Clunn wrote: > > I wonder.... if the cabbies got Tesla S instead of Leafs, if this > > wouldn't help change their attitudes a bit. > > Now you're talking!
