I'm not sure sweet is the word I would use.  A 400KW charger is going to be 
lucky to be 80% efficient.  That means 500KW going into it and 100KW wasted as 
heat.  How much energy is going to be needed just to cool it?  The oven in my 
kitchen is only 5KW and it gets very hot in 3 minutes.  I suppose if you were 
into pottery, you could fire your works while charging the car.

Now imagine a charging station with 10 charging spots.  That's 5MW with 1MW 
dissipated as heat.  They would probably love it in the upper midwest in the 
winter.
