in-line fuse holders on Ebay:

If you plan to use them for high voltage, toss the 2 amp or 15 amp
supplied fuse and replace with a ceramic.
I have no idea where they came from, but they are two to a sealed bag.
Come with two ring terminals and fuses as well.
