You didn't say what your plans were for your old conversion. I have a 1986 F150 Ford Pick up. with a standard 4 speed Transmission, , Clutchless adapter plate and a 9" Net Gain Motor. It has a super low Grannie Gear that is not used often, but if you are plowing snow, you might want to use that. Top speed in 1st is about 15 mph. I would be happy to trade the whole truck for the vehicle you are taking the parts out of. You keep your motor, controller etc. I ll keep my motor. The only problem I see, is that there might be something with your 4 wheel drive that can't be shifted over.
