Hi Martin, We in Leicester have over 100 x 13A charge points in the Highcross shopping centre car park, about 12 per level and clearly marked for that use although virtually always blocked by ICE's when it is busy. I always plonk my car in one and plug it in, even if I don't need a top up just to make a point.
They were installed some years ago when it was built hence only 13A but good to have anyway and would be relatively easy to upgrade. There are many other conventional 32A points scattered about in dealerships and car parks which I am checking out for public access. I also have one of the government sponsored ChargeMaster 32A charge points at my address which is available to anyone who contacts me from the EV-Network site. Somehow we do need to combine all the charge point locations under one website but am not sure how this would be achieved without some sort of government decree to cut through the legal hurdles. Would make a useful App though. -- View this message in context: http://electric-vehicle-discussion-list.413529.n4.nabble.com/Biggest-EV-Charging-Station-in-all-the-World-tp4666873p4666926.html Sent from the Electric Vehicle Discussion List mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE: http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#usub http://lists.evdl.org/listinfo.cgi/ev-evdl.org For EV drag racing discussion, please use NEDRA (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/NEDRA)
