Any idea what Eaton messed up in their EVSE that makes it incompatible with the
2013 LEAF? Most of the ones in my area have been fixed, but I ran into a couple
today that still wouldn't work. They had old, weathered notes on them saying
the wouldn't work with 2013 or newer LEAF, as if they knew it would be a long
time before they would be fixed.
