Correct me if I am wrong but I believe the term rebadging is when one
company has an agreement to resell another company's product legally but
with different labeling (OEM?).
If you are right, I believe the correct term to use is Terra illegally
relabeled a Zero, trying to sell it as their own. Or the Terra design is
an illegal cone of the Zero with Terra labeling. In either case, they
are ripping Zero off.
