Does anyone here have experience with rebuilding li-ion pack(s) on a Segway? Or with a "li-ion battery reviver" as discussed on the Segway forum? I understand the battery packs have electronics (BMS??) built in so I don't want to screw something up by trying to charge them manually. I just picked up a decent looking unit that may have been sitting off charge for a month or so and I am not having much luck getting it fired up. Thanks Dach.
