Ben, you may want to consider OEM batteries like those used in the Volt or Leaf. Much better than CALB. I know, I have been selling them for 5 years, but no more. Too many failures. Go here http://www.evtradinpost.com/list/28 and take a look at the Leaf batteries. 1/2 of the price and a better cell. easy to install in any conversion and much lighter than CALB. A 24kw weighs in at about 440lbs.
