Thanks for all the responses. I already have two round tanks (4" PVC X
10"long) connect together via a pipe. The vacuum pump is fairly quiet now
that I have made a insulated box both outside and inside with a hole for
air. It is rubber mounted both the pump to the box and the box to the
frame. The vacuum switch I have now is too sensitive and I prefer a long
draw every three to 4 brakes to a short burst every time I touch the brakes.
I have ordered a switch to try and if it does what I want I will post the
results later.

Thanks to all for the advice,

Buddy

Subject: Re: [EVDL] Vacuum Switch

You don't want to make more pressure. You could use a larger vessel for
your vacuum buffer. If you go higher in pressure you will shorten the life
of your pump. Lawrence Rhodes
