Cute indeed! Now, if they knock 80-90% off that price, they might sell a few thousand. They don't state a top speed, but I'd guess maybe 30mph with a 3hp motor, since the original Citicar did 35mph at 3.5hp. With that and the range, honestly, it's not much more than a toy. You might spend $2-3k for something like that, but $22K? Seriously?
