Hi David and All
This is basically a golf cart with a FG body. These and NEV's go for
about $4-9k mostly now and many thousands are in use transporting our seniors,
others, many as their main transportation in Fla, US.
They said it went 40 mph which for such a narrow 3wh is pushing it
stability wise Of course the EV version with it's low battery weight makes
it better.
I doubt it could be made for under $6k as one who does composites.
On the Citi-Car the motor was rated at 3.5hp, my E Woody was powered
by one to 60mph, that was at 36vdc where the C Car was 48vdc so more like 6hp
cont like it was in later units rated at 48vdc.
It was likely doing 11 hp going 60 mph in the e Woody. Though only
for minutes before the 12vdc batteries went low..

                                                                   Jerry Dycus.
    .

Cute indeed! Now, if they knock 80-90% off that price, they might sell a
few thousand.

They don't state a top speed, but I'd guess maybe 30mph with a 3hp motor,
since the original Citicar did 35mph at 3.5hp. With that and the range,
honestly, it's not much more than a toy. You might spend $2-3k for
something like that, but $22K? Seriously?
