Greyhound will haul packages from bus terminal to bus terminal. Usually the cost is significantly less than the dedicated carriers charge. They don't deliver to your door, of course; you have to fetch your package from the terminal. I don't know what their policies are on allegedly hazardous cargo (lithium batteries). Check the website?
