The CALB CA series (gray cells) are the stiffest and usually test out to more than their rated capacity when new. From the little bit I've been able to glean the Winston and Sinopoly are basically the same as the yellow TS cells. There used to be an EVTV affiliate in Amsterdam but that affiliation has since dissolved. That being said, EVTV.ME can ship cells worldwide but I don't know what the customer at the receiving end has to do to make it happen. Still might be worth checking out.
