(I got 2.8 years on my first batch of Sams Club golf cart batteries, and it looks like I'll get 2.8-3 years on my 2nd pack of Interstate golf cart batteries...) With a 5 year lifetime you may find that going Lead Acid for one more cycle is the way to go.
