Mine had low enough range with 6v golf car batteries. IIRC, around 25-30 miles was about all I could get. I can't imagine it being a very useful car with less than half the usable battery capacity. For as light as it was (1500lb), my C-car was an abominabe energy hog. I hope yours is better.
