I found the video to have pretty close to 0 useful information. The only thing I actually got out of it was that they were using the "JLD505" controller. Doing some google searches brings you to https://github.com/collin80/JLD505 where you can download a manual for the "EVTV CHAdeMO Fast Charge Kit" which includes a JLD505. If you go to http://store.evtv.me/index.php there is a photo on the front page (New Addtions) that looks like it MIGHT be a JLD505. No such item actually exists in the store. So, after some struggles, I was able to logon to the http://www.diyelectriccar.com/forums . There are a couple of threads that mention doing a CHAdeMO conversion - but no actual information.
