Howdy!
Although there have been plenty of Tesla X sightings I'm not sure if
any list members have seen one "in the flesh". That burning question
(irony) is resolved, in my mind anyway as this morning while out
training we were overtaken and passed by a super quiet SUV. I realized
quickly that it was an EV and that it was no RAV4 so that left a
conversion or .... It was flying in stealth colors (all black) but just
as quickly I spotted the Tesla badge on the hatch hiding beneath what
appeared to be a bike rack. Obviously they are not keeping this one
under wraps if they are showing at least some Tesla logos but still it
was a big surprise. Any doubt that I was seeing things seems unlikely as
the next car to pass was a blue/white Tesla roadster also sporting a
bike rack (or something like a bike rack).
Thanks to this list I understood at least a little of what I was
seeing and perhaps some of you will be amused.
